The Coaching Apprenticeship

A 16-Week Rite of Passage for Emerging Coaches Ready to Serve With Integrity, Presence, and Power.

Most new coaches don’t have a skills problem.

They have an identity problem.

They feel called to guide others…

yet wrestle with imposter syndrome, old identities, and the quiet fear:

“Who am I to do this?”

So they wait.

They overthink.

They help friends casually but never create real containers.

They coach for free because they don’t feel ready to charge.

They pray for permission instead of stepping into authority.

This apprenticeship ends that.

It is not a course.

It is not a certification.

It is a 16-week transformation of your identity as a coach.

You’ll learn to coach at the level of being — to hold intentional space, run powerful discovery calls, create clients through relationship, and serve with clarity and integrity.

You will leave these 16 weeks with one unshakeable truth:

“I am a coach — and I can hold powerful space for transformation.”

Coaching is not about having the right answers.
It’s about holding the right space.

The Coaching Apprenticeship

A spiritually grounded, ontologically trained coach who can…

  • Create powerful coaching containers

  • Facilitate transformation at the level of being

  • Diagnose challenges beneath the surface

  • Hold space with calmness, presence, and spiritual grounding

  • Run discovery calls that lead to clarity and commitment

  • Propose coaching relationships with confidence and integrity

  • Serve real clients — without social media, scripts, or pretending

This apprenticeship gives you the identity, confidence, and competence to coach powerfully and professionally.

What You'll Master

A clear curriculum designed to unlock ownership of your gift as a coach.

Toggle each phase to see the full 16-week arc.

Phase 1 — Identity & Foundations

You stop pretending and step fully into who you’re called to be.

Week 1 — The Calling: Owning Your Gift as a Coach

You confront imposter syndrome, claim your identity as a coach, and begin seeing your story and lineage as the foundation of your craft.

Week 2 — The Ontological Lens

You learn how transformation really works at the level of being — how context, worldview, and language shape everything your clients can or cannot see.

Week 3 — Intentional Containers & Coaching Agreements

You stop “helping casually” and start creating clean, powerful coaching containers that hold truth, responsibility, and transformation.

Week 4 — You as the Mirror

You learn how to reflect who someone is, who they’ve been, and who they are becoming — the heart of ontological transformation.

Phase 2 — The Craft

You become skilled, grounded, and capable of guiding real transformation.

Week 5 — The Roles of a Coach

You master when to be the mirror, the guide, the witness, the storyteller, the mentor, or the strategist — and you learn how to shift intuitively between them.

Week 6 — Holding Space

You develop the inner stillness, emotional sobriety, presence, and spiritual grounding your clients need to trust you with their truth.

Week 7 — Diagnostic Skills

You learn to identify blindspots, name what’s missing, understand survival patterns, and see the root of a client’s struggle instead of chasing symptoms.

Week 8 — Building Your Unique Process

You uncover your own coaching mechanism — your story, your gifts, your patterns of helping — and begin shaping your personal methodology.

Phase 3 — Client Creation

You learn how to create clients through trust, not tactics.

Week 9 — The Warmest Connections Method

You discover how to create clients through relationships, trust, and genuine connection — not cold outreach or social media theatrics.

Week 10 — The Discovery Call

You learn the exact structure for leading a powerful discovery call: setting context, diagnosing deeply, clarifying aims, and creating commitment with integrity.

Week 11 — The $10K+ Proposal Process

You learn how to propose deep work in a clean, grounded, pressure-free way — the same process behind $10K–$80K coaching engagements.

Week 12 — Value Exchange & Seasons of Pricing

You learn how to charge appropriately for your season: building mastery first, income next — always with integrity and clarity.

Phase 4 — Professionalism & Practice

You step into the identity, discipline, and confidence of a professional coach.

Week 13 — Running Powerful Coaching Sessions

You learn how to structure sessions, track progress, anchor agreements, and create measurable transformation for your clients.

Week 14 — Backend Systems for Coaches

You build the essential systems of a real coaching practice: payments, agreements, session notes, progress tracking, and organized client files.

Week 15 — Completion, Renewals & Long-Term Client Relationships

You learn how to close chapters, open new ones, create long-term value, and support clients through multiple seasons of their lives.

Week 16 — Owning the Path Forward

You integrate everything you’ve learned and step fully into your identity as a coach — grounded, confident, and ready to serve.

Transformation happens at the level of being, not at the level of tactics.

What You Stop Doing

You shift where you're coming from. From fear to your calling.

Giving advice
You stop trying to fix people and start helping them transform.

Masking fear with positivity
You stop hiding behind spiritual bypassing and step into grounded truth.

Coaching everyone
You stop spreading yourself thin and start serving intentionally.

Avoiding money conversations
You stop shrinking when it’s time to talk about investment, value, or commitment.

Overthinking instead of serving
You stop getting stuck in your head and start being with the person in front of you.

Performing instead of guiding
You stop trying to sound smart and start facilitating real breakthroughs.

Hiding your gifts
You stop dimming what God placed in you and begin offering it with humility and power.

Coaching casually instead of professionally
You stop treating coaching like a hobby and step into the identity of a practitioner.

Who This Is For

This apprenticeship is for you if you:

Feel called to coach but don’t yet feel fully confident
You sense the gift in you — you just haven’t stepped all the way into it.

Have been trying to guide others without structure
You’re helping people, but it’s inconsistent, draining, or unclear.

Have been trying to guide others without structure
You’re helping people, but it’s inconsistent, draining, or unclear.

Want to learn the ontological foundations of transformation
You’re drawn to depth, truth, and identity-level change — not surface tactics.

Are ready for depth, practice, mentorship, and sacred space
You want to grow inside a container where you are seen, challenged, and supported.

Want to create clients through trust and relationships, not hustle
You refuse to play the algorithm game. You want connection, not performance.

Are ready to take ownership of your gift as a coach
You’re prepared to stop hiding and finally offer your work with integrity and presence.

Most emerging coaches try to coach without ever being coached.
This apprenticeship changes that — you learn by being held inside the work.

Working with Oliver since January has been one of the most unexpected and powerful turns in my life.

What began as simple guidance slowly, naturally opened into something bigger — him seeing the coach in me long before I had the courage to see it in myself.

When the self-doubt hit, I named it honestly.
Instead of backing away, he invited me in deeper — into an apprenticeship, into a community, into a version of myself I’m finally ready to step into.

Oliver holds space with integrity, truth, and a level of presence that makes it safe for me to open, feel, and grow. He believes in me, and that belief has helped me believe in myself.

I’m excited — and yes, a little intimidated — to walk this path with him and with the incredible souls in this group. But intimidation means I’m ready to rise, to learn, to witness others, and to learn how to truly hold space for people in the way I’ve always felt called to.

The universe has been sending sign after sign… and I’m finally saying yes.

Here’s to becoming who I’m meant to be.
And here’s to stepping into this with heart, humility, and fire.

Coaching Apprenticeship Participant

Your presence is the mirror.
Your being is the method.

It’s Not About the Title

Whether you call yourself a coach, guide, mentor, facilitator, or space-holder…
the title isn’t the work.

Being is the work.
Presence is the work.
Integrity is the work.
Holding a transformative container is the work.

Most emerging coaches get stuck obsessing over labels —
as if authority comes from what they call themselves.

It doesn’t.

Authority comes from:

  • your willingness to tell the truth

  • your depth of presence

  • your ability to hold space

  • your emotional and spiritual grounding

  • your clarity, agreements, and structure

  • your commitment to the client’s becoming

When you are a coach — when your being aligns with the work —
the insecurity dissolves.

The title either finds you naturally… or becomes irrelevant.

This apprenticeship doesn’t teach you how to brand yourself.
It teaches you how to be someone whose presence transforms people.

Once you embody that, everything else flows.

Who This Is Not For

This apprenticeship is not for people who:

Want to give advice instead of doing their own inner work
Coaching isn’t about fixing others — it’s about transforming yourself first.

Are looking for scripts, shortcuts, or hacks
This is depth work, not performance training.

Refuse responsibility
You must be willing to own your choices, your patterns, and your presence.

Can’t receive feedback
Coaching mastery requires humility, curiosity, and the courage to grow.

Are unwilling to practice
Skill is built through repetition, reflection, and showing up consistently.

Are attached to ego, image, or performing
This work asks for honesty, not theatrics.

Want to coach but refuse to be coached
You cannot lead someone where you’re unwilling to go.

Don’t honour their word
Integrity is the foundation of this container and of the coaching profession.

Avoid spiritual or emotional depth
Transformation happens beneath the surface — you must be willing to go there.

FAQ

This apprenticeship passes on the craft that has changed lives —

and gives you the ability to do the same.

Do I need to already be a coach to join?

No. You only need the calling. Some students come with years of informal experience; others arrive with nothing but desire and humility. What matters is your willingness to tell the truth, practise, receive feedback, and step into who you’re becoming. The apprenticeship meets you where you are.

What if I’m not confident enough yet?

Good. That’s exactly why this exists. Confidence doesn’t come first — identity does. When you learn how to see, listen, diagnose, hold stillness, and serve from presence, confidence emerges naturally. This program is designed to build confidence through practice, not performance.

What if I can’t make every call live?

Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. Live attendance is encouraged — that’s where the depth and practice reps happen — but missing a call won’t break your journey. Consistency matters more than perfection.

How much time should I realistically set aside each week?

Plan for 2–4 hours per week:
• 90 minutes for the training
• 30–60 minutes of practice or reflection
• Optional time in the WhatsApp group for questions, shares, and support

It’s spacious, not overwhelming. You are not adding chaos to your life — you are building capacity.

Is there any marketing or content creation required?

No. This apprenticeship does not teach social media tactics, scripts, or branding. You learn how to create clients through trust, presence, and warm connections — not performance. You become someone people naturally seek out.

Is this therapy or a replacement for therapy?

No. This is a coaching apprenticeship rooted in identity, responsibility, and transformation. It complements therapeutic work but does not replace it. We stay within the scope of coaching and the domain of being.

What if money is tight or I’m unsure about investing?

You’re invited to discern, not rush. If the work is aligned, the investment becomes part of your becoming — not a pressure point. There is a payment plan available, and you’re welcome to reach out for a grounding conversation to clarify your season and what’s truly right for you.

What happens after the 16 weeks?

You leave with identity, skill, structure, and the ability to serve real clients with integrity. Some students continue into deeper mentorship; others begin coaching immediately. Either way, you won’t leave wondering what to do next — you leave with a craft you can grow for life.

Still discerning? I’m here for questions, clarity, or a grounded conversation.
